Track 1-고맙다 gomapda (Thank You). I really like the emotions he put in the song.
Title track, track 4, Today More Than Yesterday 어제보다 오늘 더-Good choice for the Title song. Love the lyrics. Sweet!

Track 3오래 오래 feating mickey - mickey's rap gives a really familar feeling. Turbo reunited!

Track 9 사랑에 취해 (feat. 주석) - catchy chorus.
Track 10이별의- I like the somewhat tight atmosphere of the starting chorus part.

I like almost all of the track. And I think the rest of the track will grow on me as well. Translation of the lyrics will help us appriciate the songs better too. So I'm sure I'll really like this album after understanding the lyrics.

Background music sounds like Grandfather's Clock but what he sang sounds more upbeat.

Usually for Chinese music, radios will already be airing the Title song from the album even before the album is out, so there'll be lotsof exposure and publicity for the songs and fans can anticipate and grab the the album once its released. But for Korean music, it doesn't seems to be this way. Gotta wait for the album to be out before we'll get to hear the full title song (To add on, the released preview for the title song is so short!). So 2 more days to go!

I think 张雁名Zhang Yan Ming (Enson Cheung), the one who acted as 杜飞 Du Fei is quite good looking and he looks better not being Du Fei. Lol. From the Yu Le Bai Fen Bai clip, it seems like his real life character is quite different from his character in Hot Shot. He seems to be quite a cool guy in Yu Le Bai Fen Bai and he's quite talented too.

Nokia much anticipated entry level touchscreen phone that is gonna be out soon either this year or early next year.  I remembered hearing rumors of this phone quite some time back.  Since its gonna be targeted at the mass market, hopefully the price will remain low when its out in Singapore.

[12.10.2008] Yoga Lin You Jia's favourite Korean actress is Yoon Eun Hye

Cool. Just read a news report in YEH.cn saying that Yoga Lin You Jia's favourite korean actress is Yoon Eun Hye. I think he's a great singer and its quite surprising that he actually liked Yoon Eun Hye after watching The Vineyard Man since most people know of YEH either from Goong or Coffee Prince.

Yoga Lin is busy with alot of overseas schedule these days and he will be flying to Singapore to attend the Singapore Hit Awards ceremony which he was nominated for 6 big awards, being comparable to Jay Chou. He was also nominated in the Best Album Award, together with his idol, Eason Chan and he said jokingly that don't want to lose.

Yoga Lin You Jia's favourite Korean actress is Yoon Eun Hye, the popular actress who acted in The First Shop of Coffee Prince. He went to Korea recently for a performance and set aside some time to visit the Coffee Prince filming location to get a taste of being a prince, and being closer to his idol.

With regards to woman, what was most important to him is whether she is fair-skinned or not. But after watching YEH's The Vineyard Man, he was "electrified" by YEH's cuteness. The tanned YEH in The Vineyard Man made him realised that tanned woman are also very attractive. From then on, his perception of pretty changed greatly. He smiled and said "Now, I take notice of tanned girls walking on the street too."

After arriving in Seoul, Yoga Lin specially went to the cafe which was featured in The Coffee Prince. He was excited upon seeing Yoon Eun Hye's poster in the cafe but also said honestly that due to his busy schedule, he hasn't had time to watch the popular drama yet. He commented that the cafe is very pretty and its very suitable for dating couples. He ordered a cup of latte with a drawing of a bear face and said that he can't bear to drink it!

Yoga Lin likes to eat and during this trip, he tried all the delicious food of Korea. From BBQ meat, seafood biscuit, Kimchi to Ginseng chicken, he tried all those food which is a must-try. But in order to maintain his weight and stay in shape, he didn't eat like a hungry monster and only tried enough portion of each dishes.

Lol. This is absurd. I saw the KFG pic online before, but I thought it was a PS-ed picture since its really too obviously pirated. If you don't look at it hard enough, you won't know that its actually pirated! The Phillips one really got me there. Its only an extra L!  Philips become Phillips and KFC became KFG. Really Bravo. But I don't understand how did they manage to register their company and actually setup a legitimate shop selling those pirated products openly to unknowing costomers. The China government should really do something about it.....

Gonna be shown on 16Oct in Singapore and it seems like Wu Zun will be coming to Singapore to do some promotion for the movie.

Jay Chou's New Album: Capricorn

Just heard Jay's new album, Capricorn 魔杰座.
Sad for Jay Chou. His album is not even released, and yet, there are download available online already. There are probably some difference in the track titles and the order of the tracks, but the songs should be more or less those songs available online. So I'll just comment on the songs according to the playlist order and song name on Imeem.





Track 1 魔杰座(Mo Jie Zuo) Capricorn: An okay song. I think it'll be a nice starting song for the album.
Track 2 失恋的青蛙(Shi Lian De Qing Wa): Seems to be a follow up of Niu Zai Hen Mang. Very fun and festival-like song. He even included a line from Niu Zai Hen Mang song. YeeHaaa.
Track 3 稻香 (Dao Xiang) Frangrant Rice: I really like this song. The whole feeling of the song is very relaxed and carefree. This should be the 1st zhu da ge (the 1st song that they're promoting from the album) since I heard it on radio already.
Track 4 东方之殿 (Dong Fang Zhi Dian):The woman's voice is quite unique.
Track 5 暂无( Zan Wu): Another fun-fair like song. Cool play with the voice.
Track 6 大灌蓝 (Da Guan Lan): Duet with Gary from Nan Quan Ma Ma. Very smooth song.
Track 7 红楼梦中(Hong Lou Meng)：His voice sounds flawed in this song. I thought his voice cracked a few times. I think this song will make a good ending song during concerts. Nice song, but I'm abit disturbed by the flaws.
Track 8 女儿红 Nv Er Hong : Another nice ballad which I really like. Catchy chorus.
Track 9 失落非主流 Shi Luo Fei Zhu Liu: Quite touching song. Not bad. Alot of 了 (le) in the lyrics and it makes the whole song rhymes. I think this song sounds better when you listen to the song with the lyrics.
Track 10 达芬奇的画布 (Da Fen Qi De Hua Bu) : Cheerful, mid-tempo upbeat song.
Track 11 从新爱(Cong Xin Ai): Another chinese-style song. Cool.

Not bad album. I like his ballads in this album and it least the songs sound different from his previous albums, which is a good thing. There was a period of time where his songs kinda sound the same. But he still mumble too much and its still quite hard to hear what he's singing. So most of the time I just listen to the melody of his songs. Haha. Some songs will sound better after knowing the lyrics.....
